As your birth doula, I offer a calm, encouraging presence that allows you to surrender into your inner divine feminine power as you prepare to give birth. The birthing process is a transformative journey, especially when birthing wishes are honored. I hold space so you can connect with your unique experience, grounding into the moment as your child moves closer to entering the world. Although my primary role is to physically and emotionally support you throughout your birth experience, I am a resource for your birth partner as well.  Every step of the way, you can depend on me to provide evidence-based information to empower you in making informed decisions that best suit you and your baby.
